HOPE Connections

At HOPE, we are dedicated to addressing homelessness in our community with a focus on sustainable solutions. We firmly believe that housing is the key to ending homelessness, and everything we do is centered around this principle.

Our organization serves two primary roles in the community:

1. HOPE Connections Homeless Coalition: 

We serve as a unifying force, bringing together over 40 agencies and organizations dedicated to assisting people experiencing homelessness. Through year-round collaboration and coordination, we work to empower homeless service agencies by providing them with the resources, training, and networking to ensure that we are creating a safety net for clients.

2. Programs for People Experiencing Homelessness:

         Street Outreach Team provides services in the field to those living in homeless camps, abandoned buildings, cars, etc.

         Solid Ground Safe Haven shelters 37 residents and helps them obtain healthcare, employment, mental health/substance abuse services,          and a community of support as they prepare for housing opportunities.

         Coordinated Assessment provides personalized housing/benefits guidance in the daunting journey from unhoused to housing.

At HOPE, we are committed to making a tangible difference in the lives of those facing homelessness. Through our collaborative efforts and targeted programs, we strive to create a community where everyone has access to safe, stable housing and the support they need to thrive.
