DeSoto Parish Shelter Slumber PAWTY

 The BFF's of Desoto Animal Services have join Desoto Parish Animal Services to host the 1st Anual Shelter Slumber Pawty Saturday April 6th at noon for a full 24 hour Pawty! Come be apart as we Pawticipate in this international initiative to help shelters all over this nation. During this 24 hour event, staff, volunteers and supporters will eat, sleep and PAWTY with the puppies and kittens of Desoto Parish Animal Services while raising money for the shelter via social media.  How you ask.? By sharing your one-on-one experiences on social media while asking for donations and support.  Sharing with your friends, family and fans through all your social platforms  letting them see all the possibilities of second chances. Love, joy and fun will fill this 24 hour event like nothing our residents have ever had the honor of being apart of.  

You can cuddle and snuggle up to a good movie or book with your kennelmate, go on midnight peanut butter treat hunt,  be a part of PJ Palooza showcase showing and competing in the different events that are awaiting the night.  Come Pawty and meet new and awesome friends, 4 legged and 2 legged alike.  

Now I know many will not be able to Pawticipate by staying and sleeping here at the shelter with our friends.  Please consider hosting an at home slumber Pawty with your pets and anyone else you want to invite into your home.  Do it in honor of your Rescues you have given that second chance to.  So many have adopted through Desoto Parish so let’s just PAWTY down and continue to help fight and continue to offer more opportunities to our community and residents.

We are looking to fill 10 spots with each individual goal challenge of $1000 each.  With a few possible additional spots if we can fill them as well. Lets make this first year event one to remember.

Maybe you would just like to be a sponsor or provide in-kind donations such as food or supplies to help us pull this event together.   All sponsorship according to their level will have logos displayed throughout shelter.   Sponsors of our event will be Thanked, shared and loved through all the live feeds and post via our social media platforms through out the entire event.  As we know we can not do it without you.
