Fat Calf Brasserie is a French-inspired restaurant in the Highland community of Shreveport. Our goal at Fat Calf Brasserie is to create a welcoming and inclusive neighborhood establishment that makes you feel right at home when you walk through our doors.

We believe in giving back to the organizations that strengthen the Highland community and provide critical services to our neighbors.
