For more than 90 years, we’ve been proud to live, work, and grow alongside the people of our community—and that responsibility is one we embrace wholeheartedly.
Our employees are deeply engaged in making a difference. They don’t just work here; they are neighbors, friends, volunteers, and changemakers who actively invest their time, talents, and compassion to help our community grow and succeed. Giving back is part of our culture and a reflection of the shared values that guide us every day.
Whether it’s lending a helping hand, raising critical funds, or rolling up our sleeves to improve the places we call home, our commitment is visible through action. We proudly support and participate in local initiatives such as serving as a sponsor for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s, fundraising and volunteering with the Northwest Louisiana Food Bank, hosting a Thanksgiving food drive for the Shreveport-Bossier Rescue Mission, and serving as a founding member of the Ronald McDonald House Charities’ new Shreveport location. Our team also volunteers with Love the Boot, helping keep our city and state clean and beautiful—along with many other local causes.
