HOPE Connections

At HOPE, we are dedicated to addressing homelessness in our community with a focus on sustainable solutions. We firmly believe that housing is the key to ending homelessness, and everything we do is centered around this principle.

Our organization serves two primary roles in the community:

1. HOPE Connections Homeless Coalition: We serve as a unifying force, bringing together various agencies and organizations dedicated to assisting people experiencing homelessness. Through year-round collaboration and coordination, we work to empower and stabilize individuals and families, providing them with the resources and support they need to transition into stable housing situations.

2. Direct Programs for Individuals: In addition to coalition-building, we offer direct programs to those experiencing homelessness. These programs are designed to connect individuals with the necessary agencies and services that can help them secure permanent housing and provide ongoing support for long-term success. By facilitating these connections and providing tailored assistance, we aim to expedite the transition from homelessness to housing stability.
