We serve the following parishes: Caldwell, East Carroll, Franklin, Jackson, Madison, Morehouse, Ouachita, Richland, Tensas, Union, and West Carroll.

The Arts Council supports professional artists and arts nonprofits like the regional theatre, symphony, museum, and ballet. We support all art forms, including music, visual art, dance, theatre, and film.

The Arts Council is passionate about education. We not only help artists and arts organizations with professional development, but we also strive to make arts education accessible to all public school children in northeast Louisiana. Our research shows that 49 percent of public school children in our ten rural parishes do not have access to arts education. The Arts Council is dedicated to making arts education accessible to all.
