Local to Benton, Louisiana, Steve and Susan Stewart felt a calling to serve their community in November 2022. They started by preparing, cooking, and delivering free meals and non perishable groceries to community members experiencing illness, loss, or otherwise trying times. As of November 2024, they had served over 1600 meals to people and families, from Benton to Stonewall to Ruston.
Their faith and love for others drives them to continue their mission to help those in need. They hope and plan to continue their ministry, with the support from friends like you, so they help fellow neighbors in need. They and Delivering Hope Ministries truly make this community a better place.
Our mission at Delivering Hope Ministries is to provide meals during trying times with care, thoughtfulness, and empathy.
We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit foundation located in Benton, Louisiana. We prepare, cook, package, store, and deliver meals to members of our community for free!
