The First Responder Support Team (FRST) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals who serve their communities in critical roles. FRST focuses on providing assistance to local law enforcement officers, firefighters, emergency medical personnel, military, veterans, and linemen. FRST provides licensed mental health services that our outside of normal reporting chains. This allows a confidential and free option to our first responders seeking specialized care without career impacts.
FRST provides financial crisis support. Think of a first responder you know, now think of their side hustle to make ends meet. Our first responders aren't paid enough and when life happens, we provide a micro-grant to get them back on their feet.
FRST maintains a trusted network of referral agencies that are action oriented. We all know there are a ton of programs out there, but when a first responder takes that brave and sometimes rare step to ask for help, we can't afford to throw them into a confusing maze of paperwork and policy. We aren't the best at ALL things - so we partner with experts that do what they say they will do.
