North Louisiana Football Alliance

A nonprofit organization

Introducing the North Louisiana Football Alliance (NLFA)—a forward-thinking developmental and showcase football league based in Bossier City, Louisiana. Since its founding in 2019, the NLFA has evolved into a launchpad for post-high school athletes seeking structure, exposure, and a real opportunity to pursue football beyond the traditional college path.

The North Louisiana Football Alliance is more than a sports league; it’s a transformative platform designed to uplift young adults, particularly those facing socioeconomic challenges. Through football, the NLFA teaches resilience, discipline, and teamwork. Off the field, our educational and career readiness programs prepare participants for brighter futures. With strategic marketing, community engagement, and a solid fundraising approach, the NLFA is well-positioned to positively impact North Louisiana and the greater Ark-La-Tex region for years to come.

Mission

The mission of the North Louisiana Football Alliance is to develop young men ages 18–24 through football, workforce training, and life skills education—equipping them with the tools to succeed as athletes, employees, and leaders in their communities.

We are committed to providing accessible opportunities for individuals who may not be pursuing college athletics, ensuring that talent, effort, and character are met with structure, guidance, and real-world opportunities.
