We are a 501c3 organization that provides Virtual Tutoring Math and English, Youth Counseling Referrals (Suicide Intervention and Anti Bullying Initiative) and Family Support Services (non-financial) to the Shreveport-Bossier City Communities.
Our "Text to Talk" Initiative App will connect students in crisis/trauma to a professional counselor through the OSCDC Youth Wellness App.
Outreach Services Community Development Corporation (OSCDC) is located in Shreveport, Louisiana. Since our program began in 2008, we have served over 200 students. Our continued goal and mission is to provide education tools and support resources for students and families in need.
