For almost 50 years the Red River Revel has presented a hallmark annual event for the region, celebrating visual art, music, food, dance, theatre and more. The 49th Annual Red River Revel is slated for Sept. 25-28 and Oct 2-5, 2025.
The Revel's mission is support art and art education, and a big part of its history is lifting up the musicians and bands of the region. One challenge we face is the skyrocketing cost of nationally-touring artists and musicians post-pandemic. For example, artists who played at the Revel just 5 years ago now cost three to four times as much! While popular music is needed to draw the audience to the festival, this change has put a strain on our organization's ability to equitably hire local and regional musicians.
But this is where you can help push the mission forward! 100% of your Give For Good Donation goes directly to the organization that supports Local and Regional Performers and artists. Make your donation today and help us to expand opportunities for our wondrously talented artists in the region!
Red River Revel is a multi-arts festival-a Celebration of the Arts-bringing to the people of the Ark-La-Tex quality in visual and performing arts, seminars, workshops, children's aesthetic education and creative experiences. The goal is to provide the general populace a Celebration of the Arts that brings the finest in visual and performing arts experiences. The Revel is designed to be primarily educational in nature, entirely non-commercial, non-political, non-partisan, and non-sectarian.
