Our Focus

Arts & Culture

We create opportunities for emerging artists to collaborate online and in person. Our North Louisiana residencies offer diverse encounters to artists and the local community. By partnering with noted writers, our art focus additionally provides participants with tools to cultivate their unique writer's life.

Our focus is on returning to the source, communing with nature, and tapping into our most authentic selves. 

We provide pathways that create opportunities for personal growth and promote development, leading to physical, mental, and emotional transformation.

Health & Wellness

We believe healthy living begins on the inside. It is what we put into our bodies and how we move throughout the day. 

Self-care is essential daily. We embrace techniques like yoga and eating healthy from organic, sustainable, locall farms and gardens. These intentions provide mental, physical, and spiritual healing from the inside out.
