We, Dawn & Warren (Joe), are avid Renesting supporters. We learned about Renesting through our daughter, Emily Jo when she began an internship there in 2017. She has since moved up to the Executive Director position, leading the charge to provide gently used furniture and household items to those in need in Northwest Louisiana. In fact she was named the Ark La Tx Remarkable Woman of the Year for 2025!!! She represented our area in Hollywood, CA this past month. Seen on our local channel 6, KTAL. She and her husband work tirelessly for Renesting.
One of Renesting's greatest needs is beds. Money raised during Give for Good can help purchase mattresses, bed frames, and bed pillows for the families receiving services. Just think... a family of six needs how many beds?? Think how difficult it would be to care for yourself, your family, and do your job, if you only had a floor to rest on each night.
Renesting's mission is unique and we're so proud of the work they do in our community. And what a great feeling to know you've helped those in need!
