My explanation of the Renesting Project is a simple one. The Renesting Project brings dignity back into people's lives.
The Renesting Project furnishes homes...from the pen in your desk drawer to the bowl you eat dinner out of to the pillow you lie your head down on at night.
It can be hard for a lot of people to imagine not having a towel to dry off with or a couch to sit on at the end of a long day. But the reality is that more people in our community need Renesting's services than most care to admit.
Renesting serves veterans transitioning out of homelessness, families fleeing domestic abuse, children aging out of foster care, recovering addicts, and many more who don't need a handout; they need a HAND-UP.
I am challenging everyone I know to donate just $10. More if you can afford it! I know times are hard for everyone...but at least you have a furnished home to sleep in at night.
