Help Melayna Give for Good

Melayna has been coming to Shriners Children's Shreveport since she was 4 years old. Born with scoliosis, she wore a back brace from 5 years old until 14 years old. At 15, she received surgery to correct the curve in her spine. Since her surgery Melayna has been pain free and is a flyer on her high school cheerleading team. 

"Everyone who works at Shriners is caring, compassionate, and thoughtful," said Marnie, Melayna's mom. "The care is PHENOMENAL and Dr. Sin is the absolute best. 

"Thank you Shriners for all you have done for me through my spinal journey. With out the help I was given, I would not be where I am today," said Melayna.
